12.4 Will be held at Compound CrossFit Saturday at 9am (check in time). First heat starts at 10am!
Sunday at 9:30 am we will be doing 12.4 during class!
There will be a free intro WOD at 10:30am for anyone interested in CrossFit! Please remember that if you have a friend that wants to try us out they need to either come to the Free Intro WOD on a weekend or schedule a time to meet with me directly.
