10--->1 Power Cleans 185/115#
2---> 20 Push Ups
 *increase by 2 pu's each round

Nutrition is a HUGE piece of achieving goals. 
You can't just come to the box and kill a WOD then leave and hit up
the McDonalds drive through on the way home and expect to loose weight (if thats your goal).
Yes, its OKAY to have a cheat meal now and again but you have stay consistent with healthy eating much more often than not!
NOW with that being said, just because our nutrition challenges are every few months doesn't mean that I won't help you! PLEASE PLEASE if you need nutritional help or some guidance all you need to do it ask!
