Saturday WOD

After class at 9am, head over to CrossFit 757 and cheer on our CFU family while they do
WOD 12.3!
Drew and Brian and some guys from their clinic competing in the "strongest sailor" competition
last summer.

burpee penalty for finishing after 2 min :)

8 Rope Climbs
&
Complete 100 reps total of these movements, you can choose how many of each you do,
and you can break them up how you want to between the rope climbs as long as you finish 100!
