BASELINE AND NUTRITION CHALLENGE
Weigh-in/Measurements begin at 9am.
Plan on the WOD starting around 9:40 (by the time we finish measurements and do the warm up)
The lecture will begin right after the WOD finishes and that depends on how many people show up.
WOD will be announced at the gym!

We are going over the rules during the lecture :) And NO, it's not just a paleo challenge.
