Wed. April 18th, Thurs. April 19th and Friday April 20th there will be no open gym at 3:30pm, UNLESS one of the other coaches frees up and it able to come last minute. They will post on the members FB page so check on there those days.
Also there will be NO class on April 19th (Thursday) at 9am
Spring Nutrition Challenge
I would like to see food journals turned in on MONDAY April 16th.
If you aren't going to be there Monday, turn it in Friday or Sat. No late journals will be accepted.
Remember that all points must be accounted for and done by YOU!
