Are you guys enjoying watching the Olympics as much as I am?!
It's so amazing, I don't want to go to sleep at night! 
This girl is AMAZING!

Nutrition Challenge: LAST DAY! Here goes the baseline retest! Also, if I am at the gym please ask for your measurements to be retaken. I will also be back to the gym at 630pm during barbell club so I can measure people after the 530pm class. 
Please remember that if you cannot make it to class for this WOD, you can make it up Sunday at open gym. I will be available for measurements Sunday at 11am.
