Tuesday

Our first YOGA Class today! We will have yoga every Monday at 10am
in the month of October 

MAX HEIGHT BOX JUMP 

LURONG CHALLENGE
PERFORMANCE WOD #1 (you can choose RX or scaled regardless of what you did for the baseline WOD's)
Men's Rx- 5 Minutes of Max Double Unders with 3 Burpee Penalty for each break
Men's Scaled- 100 Singles, Max Burpees in 5 minutes
Women's Rx- 5 minutes of Max Double Unders with 3 Burpee Penalty for each break
Women's Scaled- 100 Singles, Max Burpees in 5 minutes
