Even after weight lifting for 4 previous years they still made me do it scaled....

We don't scale you because we don't think you can't do it, anyone can workout for 20 minutes.
We scale you to reduce the risk of injury: strained muscles/rhabdo
and we also scale you to make sure that you're keeping intensity. Listen to your coaches!

Reminder:
Tonight at 6:30pm will be the last beginner class. We've only added this class in the last month or so to make sure the beginners had a time to work on form. So after today this class will disappear until our Dec 3rd elements begins.
