PARTNER WOD!
22 minute AMRAP
*400m run: one partner will complete a 400, while the other partner does and AMRAP of:
11 Box Jumps
22 Goblet Squats (with KB)
12m handstand walk or scale down to bear crawl
*when your partner returns from their run, have them take off exactly where you left off and keep track of total rounds
9am ONLY
CLOSED FRIDAY
BACK TO NORMAL HOURS ON SAT/SUNDAY
