Establish 3RM
WOD
With a 5 min time cap
Start with:
500m Row
Immediately Follow with:
AMRAP with remaining time
20 Double Unders
10 Slam Balls
Once your time runs out rest for 2 minutes
Then complete Max Reps on each:
3 minutes of Handstand Push Ups
2 minutes of Hollow Rocks

loved this workout.. I started counting rounds. but lost it and decided to just focus on the work.. I struggle with counting rounds and reps and doing the work at the same time... I was sweaty after so I called it good!
