Strength: Cliff Hanger Pull Ups
4 sets Max rep STRICT
90 seconds rest

WOD
Partner WOD
For time:
One person holds Part A while the other person completes the reps in Part B
Reps are only counted if Part A is doing their part....if they drop their hold the Part B reps won't count.
However, switch as needed to complete the total reps

Part A Men: Chin Over-the-bar Hold Woman: Hang-from-bar Hold ladies can scale up as needed
Part B 75 Sit Ups

Part A Handstand Hold
Part B 75 Hand-Release Push Ups

Part A Deadlift Hold 225/135
Part B 75 Pass-Throughs *for this WOD through and back will count as 2 reps

Part A Plank Hold
Part B 75 Burpees
