Team 9 Bryan is a beast! Not only is he super strong, and fast,
he has to deal with all the Team 9 ladies....that in itself is beast!

Strength
Deadlift
3 reps each minute, for 10 minutes
70% of 1RM

Partner WOD
10 rounds for total time.
Only one person can work at a time, alternating each round.
2 Wall Walks
12 Overhead Walking Lunges 
100m Sprint
