  3. I'd work on faster/form before heavier.
    The games competitors do this WOD in 2 min or less (crazy).
    So I think a good goal with that weight of 75# would be to be able to get it around 4 minutes before you up it :)

  4. I actually got stopped in the mid of the workout by a friend and chatted for few minutes, should of left my head phones in.. but i didn't stop the clock.
    Still don't think I could of done it in 2 min... (that is crazy)
