    Didnt time myself,
    its effing freezing in utah... at least it makes me run faster I guess..
    Kipped as many HSPU as I could which was about 3-4 each round then did them from a box QUESTION (which is better? Kipping ALL even if it takes longer or doing them off box, if its for time?)
    used #35 kb.
    great job at the fundraiser WOD!

  4. I think you should do what challenges you the most. As long as you aren't taking a whole minute between each kipping HSPU :)
