For those of you that are new to the open this year the way it works is that each week a new
WOD is posted (for 5 weeks), the standards for movements and weights will be posted in a video just like this. This is from last year's open. For those of you that did it last year you can compare your progress.

115 pound Push press (shoulder to overhead), 12 reps
9 Toes-to-bar
