Merry Monday! Normal Schedule at CFU!

Amazing to say the least.
Great work to all of the CFU teams that went and worked their tail off, never giving up and fighting for every rep...it was inspiring to watch and be a part of. 
We thank all of our supporters that we had there and Val and Duane who volunteered their time to judge the athletes! Without you all, it wouldn't have been the amazing day that it was.
Shout out to Team CFU Avengers Ryan and Sean who placed 1st in the men's and Team The Bee's Knees Jackie and Andie who placed 3rd in the women's! 

5 Rounds of "Bear Complex"
1. Power Clean
2. Front Squat
3. Push Press
4. Back Squat
5. Push Press
One round of the Bear complex consists of seven trips through the sequence above. During each sequence, the power clean must be touch and go off the floor (no resting the bar on the floor until you compelete 7x through which equals 1 complex).You may rest the barbell anywhere else along the way. Complete five rounds total, strive to increase load each round, and rest as needed between rounds.
Cash out: 
1 round of Tabata (20 seconds on/10 off for 8 rounds)
First 1/2 Sit ups (4 rounds)
Second 1/2 True push-ups  (4 rounds)
