Saturday: Baseline Re-Test

With the Open coming back around, who could ever forget the 7 minutes of burpee hell?!


Time to re-test our baseline WOD for the end of the nutrition challenge!!!
I cannot wait to see all the numbers and after photos! You guys that stuck with it should be proud!!!
