WOD
10 minute AMRAP
5 Shoulder to Overhead 115/75#
10 Deadlift *same weight
15 Box Jumps 24/20

If you are doing the WOD at CFU tonight, please be warmed up and ready to rock and roll if you are in the 6:45pm heat.
If you are able to participate on Saturday at CrossFit 757 we highly recommend that you do your open WOD there!
