REMINDERS:
This weekend March 9-10th, we will be closed for the CrossFit Football Trainer Course.

CrossFit Open starts this week and as soon as 13.1 is posted we will post heat sign ups for this Friday evenings throwdown for those of you who can not make it to CrossFit Takeover on Saturday.  Remember all those participating in the Open must have a CFU level 1 Trainer judge their WOD if they can't make either Friday or Saturday events.
