CROSSFIT OPEN!
The first WOD will be released on Wednesday! There is still time to sign up for the open, it's a great time to show off all your hard work you've been doing all year long. It's also a great time to see what you're made of, to put yourself in a position where you may use more weight than you would in a WOD and surprise yourself on what you are capable of! Last year we had a lot of people PR on the open WODs! 3,2,1 go!
