Saturday's Class

Keith-great work on your performance this last weekend 
at the Fire Fighter Challenge!

Saturday was a surprise WOD, show up and do work!
Here is what we did:

Partner "Eva"
Both Partners complete 800m Run
(if you finish before your partner you must wait for them to continue)
With one person working at a time, complete a total of:
30 Pull Ups
30 KB Swings
*you can split the reps up how you want to, you just need to complete all pull ups before moving the swings and all swings before going back on your next run.
FIVE ROUNDS!
