All reps are shared, you complete them as a team.
400m Run *one person must be holding bar
100m Plate Farmer Carry (each person, so you'll go one at a time because someone has to continue to hold onto the bar in any rack or top of the deadlift position)
50 Burpees
50 KB Swings
10 Bear Complex (one partner get's to rest during this, switch as needed)
Finish with a 400m run together, withOUT barbell
Bear Complex:
Squat Clean
Thruster
Back Squat
Behind the neck push press
x7 = 1 Rep
