Team "Linda" 3-4 people per team
Using an average of your teams bodyweight (scale as needed)
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:
Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight
Set up three bars and storm through for time.
*You must wait for all of your team mates to complete the 10 reps of each movement before you move onto rep 9. So once the last person on your team finishes their cleans you can move onto the next set. This will allow the person waiting, to be the bench press spotter--always have a spotter!
