Andie, Christy and I are stocked up and ready to go for our competition!
We also set the fire alarm off within the first 10 minutes of making our first meal (bacon)....
of which THEY had to come up to turn off, with our door wide open at 10:30pm.
I'm sure our neighbors already love us!

Tomorrow is the baseline retest for the nutrition challenge, please make sure that if you cannot make it in Friday for "Jackie" to do it during the weekend at open gym.
I need all journals with all points added up, along with your before/after measurements and before/after "Jackie" scores turned in the office on Monday. I will be back in the gym on Tuesday morning to collect them :)
Remember to take your "after" photos this weekend! Please keep them until I come back so my inbox doesn't get full while I am away :)
