CrossFit Kids Teens/Preteens 3:30-4:15 Monday/Wed/Friday
Endurance Classes Tuesday 630pm and Saturday 9am
CrossFit Kids 6-10yr Saturday's 9am
AUG 3rd we will be closed. Make sure to sign up for 31 Heroes if you haven't yet! It will be the MAIN EVENT- NORFOLK
CrossFit Kids will be moved to Sunday the 4th that day, as will barbell club!
