Happy Tuesday!!!

**Change of plans for the nutrition seminar and weigh-ins for the Lurong Challenge**
Due to a schedule conflict that I just realized I had, we will have the Pre-Lurong meeting
SUNDAY 10AM.
I will extend open gym hours that day to 1pm.

Leave out your equipment = burpees!!!


Front Squats
3-3-3-3-3
*no rack
*3 second pause at the bottom of each rep

WOD
10 minutes to:
Row 200m
Then AMRAP remaining time
3 OHS 115/75
6 KB Swings 24/16Kg
9 Goblet Squats ^^ same weight

*This WOD should be light and FAST
