We will be doing Lurong WOD #1 on Wednesday. Please plan accordingly. Remember if you cannot make it that day you will have to make it up during open gym hours. If you did not get your measurements taken during our kick off meeting you will need to make sure to get measured by Coach Drew or myself before the end of the week.
