Thursday. Row Intervals and Skill Work

Row Efficiency and Form
Row Intervals
ALL OUT SPRINT

For Time: 250m Row x 8
Depending on the class size
you will sprint 250m, hop off the rower and rest
while your partner goes. Immdiately hop back on as
soon as they finish. You will alternate until you each
finish 8 rounds. Each row should be an all out sprint.
Class sizes are usually very small on Thursday's but in the case
there is a large class and you have to go three to a rower you'll just
get a little more rest time but as soon as one person finishes have a quick transition
to the next person.

MOBILITY AND SKILL WORK (of choice) to finish off the hour

What constitutes as a "skill?"
Something that requires focus, coordination, stability, flexibility, etc.
Sit ups are NOT a skill.....
We want to see people working on their double unders, kipping, handstands, pistols, rope climbs...
