SCHEDULE:
TOMORROW THERE WILL BE NO EVENING CLASSES!
3:30 We will open up for Open gym, but will also be setting up for B4B. You can use the rig side of the gym, we will be setting up barbells and bumpers on the large side so please keep that in mind.
The gym will be CLOSED to WOD's at 4:30pm, so we can finish up setting up the heats. At 5:00pm you can come in to start warming up for the 5:30pm heat.
Heats begin at 5:30pm and run every 15 minutes. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, when you choose your weight, that it can be a weight you know you can do in 6 minutes or less. "Grace" is not meant to be a 10 minute WOD.
