There will be NO yin yoga on Sunday morning. Drew and I will be doing the cancer sucks WOD at Chesapeake CF. Good Luck to all Bar Benders this weekend!! We are going to try and be there tomorrow after we close the gym down and Sunday for sure after we WOD! GO GET 'EM!
