This week will be our last week squatting on Monday's/ Wednesday's because this is the last week of the CrossFit Open.
Next week our squat cycle will be Monday's and Friday's so that we have more recovery time as the squats are getting noticeably heavier. Make sure that you are EATING enough and staying hydrated. Morning people need to eat before coming and squatting, you won't make it through without FOOD (FUEL).
Friday night will be our last Open WOD night! Come out for some fun, members that aren't competing please come and cheer your CFU fam on! Bodybuilding.com is supplying some Optimum Nutrition products to give-a-way. The NEW PRO BCAA drink with glutamine and the NEW flavor of amino energy: green apple! We will have a theme again this week, the mustache theme was pretty fun so we better go all out on the last one :) I'll keep you posted!!
