Monday

Kim during 14.2 hit an OHS PR and did it a few times-- I love
the things you guys can accomplish during these open workouts!

Back Squat
65% x 8
70% x 8
80% x 6
85% x6

Front Squat
60% x 5
70% x 5
75% x 5
80% x 5

EMOM x 7
Level 1
7 burpees
7 box jumps 24/20in

Level 2
5 burpees
5 box jumps 24/20in
*only use level 2 if you cannot finish level 1 with in a minute.
