Most Sundays we host a Yin Yoga Class ( I always post it up on the FB page the day before)
We are doing a little child's pose between yin stretches (asanas- which is a pose) here.
If you haven't come into this class yet you should! It's not the tradition yoga you may be thinking about
where you hold tough balancing moves. We are actually on the floor the entire time holding stretches.
We hold them between 1-4/5 minutes to get the deepest stretch. The focus is low back/hips/glutes.
Come mobilize with us!
The comp WOD is going to have a little fun so we wanted all classes to join in! All classes will be doing the Comp WOD on Tuesday….let's have some fun guys!

"Deck of Cards"
Flip over playing cards one at a time.
The suit represents the movement.
Hearts = Burpees
Diamonds = Sit ups
Spades = KBS - you choose the weight
Clubs = Air Squats
The number on the card represents the number of reps.
All face cards are 10 reps.
Aces are 20 reps.
