Tuesday!!!!! TIME TO DO WORK!

It feels like FOREVER since the gym has been open. I know, I know! But I hope you all enjoyed your weekend with family and friends, spent some time reflecting on all of the Heroes that have paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom, and were able to watch some of the Mid Atlantic Regionals WODs either LIVE or online :) Great work to those that came to CrossFit Takeover today to participate and support Memorial Day Murph. It was nice to see a few people in each heat! We have a great CrossFit community and I hope that more and more of you can participate in these community events :)

I wanted to say thank you again to all of those that came to Fairfax to support Team CrossFit Unrivaled during the weekend and to those that followed us all weekend long on live stream!!! All of your support meant the world to us. I am extremely proud of the team not only because we moved from 18th to 9th place in the Mid Atlantic but also how well everyone worked together. The support from one another was amazing even when a couple of us really felt like we screwed things up, we were reminded by each and every one on the team that we are that; A TEAM and it's "okay."
I am also extremely honored to have a gym full of such wonderful and supportive people. You guys are truly an amazing family.
