Tabata Tuesday is baaaaack!
TABATA!
16 rounds of 20 Seconds on/10 seconds off alternating between: (8 rounds of each)
Power Cleans 135/95
Double Unders
16 rounds of 20 seconds on/10 seconds off alternating between: (8 rounds of each)
Muscle Ups (scale chest to bar pull ups/ reg pull ups)
Weighted Sit ups 30-20/25-15 *use a wall ball,slam ball, DB or KB
The only rest in the 32 total rounds is the 10 seconds between exercises.
You will do:
20 sec Power Cleans
Rest 10
20 sec DUS
rest 10
20 seconds power cleans
rest 10
20 seconds of DUS
Rest 10….. repeat this until you finish a TOTAL of 16 rounds then right into the next two exercises
20 sec muscle ups or pull ups
rest 10
20 seconds weighted sit ups
rest 10….. repeat this until you finish another 16 rounds.
Total 32 rounds just like a regular tabata, we are just alternating exercises instead of doing all at once.
