Is it time to get your butt in gear? Are you new to Unrivaled and need some info on nutrition?
Well if you said yes to either then come to the nutrition seminar on June 14th (Saturday) at 10am!
We will begin a nutrition challenge on the 16th, but anyone is welcome to the seminar. Maybe you just want to learn more about what to eat but not necessarily do the challenge…that is OKAY!
The challenge will be paleo/primal (some dairy added to paleo). You cannot eat pasta, rice, grains, crap….This is a challenge to teach you to make healthy food choices not constrict you so much that you go insane. Train like an athlete, look like an athlete!
The cost to participate is $20.00 (cash).
The money goes into a "pot" at the winners at the end split the money! There will be 4 winners: BIGGEST loser, most improved on baseline WOD, best before/after photos and most points on their nutrition journal.
There will also be prize packs for each of those winners with some Optimum Nutrition goodies and some from bodybuilding.com!
**OLYMPIC LIFTING SEMINAR**
THIS SATURDAY 9am (GYM WILL BE CLOSED)
This will be a 2-3 hour seminar to help you better understand the snatch
and clean and jerk. Coach Kenny will be instructing.
Only those that attend this seminar will be allowed to participate in Barbell Club that
begins this month as well. It will run Tue/Thur evenings at 730pm.
