Wednesday: Active Recovery

MOBILITY
After the warm up, the coach will lead you through 15 min of full body mobility work

Skill: Row Form
4x 500m Rows all out row sprints
*Each row should be within 7 seconds of each other
*For each row more than 7 seconds slower than your fastest time there will be a 400m Run penalty
