New RULE starting Monday.
For every shaker bottle+water cup left in the gym in a day there will be a burpee penalty X5 the following day. (Each class)
Today you would have had 35 burpees.
One day last week I picked up 12.....60 burpees....
Luckily we don't start this until Monday! Gives everyone some time to embrace the new gym rule
This also may become implemented with paper towels on the floor and not In the garbage, equipment left out etc.
Respect the gym and clean up after yourselves guys
Drinks at gym are now cash only. 3$
We don't carry cash at the gym so there will only be change if It's In the envelope already. I will have punch cards available soon to pre pay for 10 drinks. You can use a card for that but I (or Drew) must be at the gym for you to use a card
Aug 2nd the gym will be CLOSED for 31 Heroes…I hope you registered!

Row Intervals at 75% max effort
With a partner or team of 3:
Row for 2 minutes,
Rest while partner rows
4 Rounds Each.
