TBT Team Grit 2013
Skill work days are very important. It gives you time to come and practice a skill, to master something new or at least try something for the first time. More often than not when something is programmed into a WOD that you haven't tried before, you'll immediately pass it up for the scaled version. Take the time to use these skill work days to practice the progressions used to help you on that skill or movement you always pass up!

SKILLS:
Free choice skill work; gymnastic or bodyweight movement (no barbells)

Alternating Tabata
Sit Ups
Double Unders
