CrossFit Unrivaled, Forging Elite Babies 


Today we will be completing one of the Lurong Baseline WODs.
For those of you doing the challenge this is WOD #2 (don't worry we haven't skipped #1 we will get to it).
If you are doing Lurong you must pick Level 3,2 or 1 there is no scaling weights/reps other than what is listed for the challenge.
When you complete the WOD make sure to get your score listed on the clipboard that will be by the white boards (only put your score here if you are officially doing the Lurong Challenge)
