For those of you in the Lurong Challenge, please make sure you posted your score (reps and level) on the clipboard at the gym. I will be moving the clipboard to the shelf on the pull up rig side. We will complete WOD1 and 3 next week! If you haven't been measured by me yet I can do it tomorrow otherwise I will be gone until Monday.
