Barbells for Boobs  Saturday, Oct 18th at Unrivaled!

Every 80$ raised will pay for one mammogram. Last year as a gym we
raised more than $4,000!! Let's try and top that this year!
For the person with the MOST money raised, you will receive a 
FREE MONTH of membership. 
The last TWO years it's been Al Dayday, so you better get your fundraising pants on.

Our plan for Saturday: Open at 9am for people to begin warming up. First heat at 930am, with a new heat every 15 minutes. After everyone finishes we want to have a paleo potluck and hang out for lunch!
Cornhole boards are welcomed :)

A. 1 Heavy Push Jerk from Back Rack
B. 1 Heavy Split Jerk from Back Rack
C. 1 Heavy Push Jerk from Front Rack
D. 1 Heavy Split Jerk from Front Rack


*You will have 5 minutes per lift 
*this is not maxing out

EMOMx15
Min 1 – 7 Push Jerks at 60% of best lift from any of the Jerks in #1
Min 2 – :45 second hollow hold
Min 3 – 5 unbroken MU – complete as many strict as possible, then finish off the set of 5 by kipping.

             scale: 10 strict pull ups or 12 ring rows
