Throwback Thursday: 2013 Thanksgiving WOD
SCHEDULE: Thursday/Thanksgiving 9am ONLY
Friday 10-Noon Open GYM ONLY- There will be a WOD posted if you want to follow it, or you can come in and make up a WOD that you missed during the week. It will be open gym style so you can come in whenever you wake up from your Turkey coma :)
Thanksgiving WOD--
TEAMS OF 3
20 min AMRAP
Partner 1: 300m Run (2 laps in parking lot)
Partner 2: AMRAP
12 Hand Release Push Ups
9 Deadlift 155/105
6 Hang Clean 155/105
Partner 3: Turkey Hold…or a KB
*KB must always stay above the waist
When partner one comes back from their run they will switch with partner 2 wherever they left off, keeping a total round count with their team and partner 2 will take over the duty of holding their KB and partner 3 will go out for the run. The team score is total COMPLETE rounds.
