1. Snatch Complex
Power Snatch + Squat Snatch – work up to a heavy set
2. For Time:
30 Power Snatches at 70% of the Snatch Complex above. Every time you break complete 2 Muscle ups (scale 6 C2B Pulls Ups + 6 Dips)
**HOLIDAYS HOURS**
Don't forget that we will be open for a 9am WOD ONLY on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday). And on Friday we will be open from 10-Noon for Open Gym hours but a WOD will be posted for you to follow, unless you want to make up a missed WOD from the week! For those of you heading out of town, please drive SAFE and enjoy the holiday with your family and friends!
