Tuesday


Congrats to the runners at the 5k this weekend that took place
at the aviation museum! Also congrats to Ben and Tracy 
who did the plane pull! And to Tasha who also ran the 5k
but disappeared before the photo ha! 

With a running clock:
A. 15-12-9 Burpee Facing Box Jump Overs, 24/20
150m Run after every round. (end of parking lot and back)
*Rest 2 minutes 
B. 12-9-6 Burpee Facing Box Jump Overs, 24/20
150m Run after every round.
*Rest 2 minutes 
C. 9-6-3 Burpee Facing Box Jump Overs, 24/20
150m Run after every round.
There will be no step ups UNLESS you are injured or pregnant. We want you to stack plates up only as high as you can jump for the workout. 
Skill WORK
10 min EMOM: 
Odd: 50 Double Unders (scale back reps as needed)
Even: 50ft Handstand Walk (scale to 30 second handstand hold)
