Monday LAST LURONG WOD!

Happy Monday Unrivaled Fam! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend :) Here is our last LURONG WOD! Make sure that you get all of your scores and measurements in by Monday NIGHT!
I will be at the gym to measure people anytime after the 9am class, or after the 430pm class.

13 Minute AMRAP:

10 minutes of work time with 3 minutes of built in rest time. The athlete's score is the total number of reps completed.

  • 3 Minutes of Chest to Bar Pull Ups      Level 2: Pull Ups      Level 1: Jumping Pull Ups

  • 2 Minutes of Back Squats 165/115    Level 2: 115/80     Level 1:Air Squats
  • 1 Minute Rest
  • 1 Minute of Shoulder to Overhead 135/95   Level 2: 95/65    Level 1:65/ 45
