Today we have a few options. The gym will run similar to open gym style however you can only choose one of the options below. With class beginning on time so the coach can take you through a warm up and mobility work then choose one of the following:
Option 1: 5K Row
Option 2: Complete a WOD that you missed during the week
Option 3:
Not for Time: (for quality)
4 Rounds:
10 Barbell bent over rows with a one second pause at the top 115/75
10 Strict T2B
10 Ring Dips
10 Hip Extensions 25/15#
