**SATURDAY**
10am we have an athlete meeting. This is for EVERYONE. We will talk about goals and what you can do to achieve them, we will talk about local competitions, the open, regionals, short term and long term goal setting, barbell club, how competitor's train and what you can do to amp your training up and we will leave ample time for you to ask questions.
So bring a lawn chair, come hang out!
Open Gym will resume at 11am and go until 1pm.
