SCHEDULE
9am WOD
10am Athlete Meeting
11am-1pm Open Gym

Tomorrow at 10am we will be having an athlete meeting. 
This meeting is for anyone that wants to work on goal setting, learning about what they need to be doing to get the most out of their training or what to do if they have specific goals and how to meet them. We will also talk about competitions and if you have a desire to compete in local competitions and/or the open and everything that is takes to turn CrossFit as exercise into CrossFit as a sport. 


For everyone coming tomorrow, the sheet I am printing off is for our goals. I recommend bringing a notebook to take notes if you want to write down what we talk about throughout the rest of the meeting.
