*The goal for this workout is speed. Therefore you want to choose a weight that you can keep moving. It's not necessary for them to be done unbroken, however if you are dropping the bar it's basically just to re-grip and go. It's only 7 minutes so your goal is more reps over more weight if you aren't at that RX weight yet.
